Protect Your Orthodontic Investment
Clinical research shows that between 30% and 50% of orthodontic patients develop white spot lesions during treatment — permanent enamel damage caused by plaque trapped around brackets and wires. Orthodontic patients face elevated cavity risk as well. The right toothbrush doesn’t just clean teeth. During treatment, it actively protects the outcome you’re working toward.
Why Choose the ULTIM8® Ortho SmartBrush System?
Patented SuperBristles®Ortho
No bristles before had been engineered to wrap around the three-dimensional geometry of brackets, wires, and attachments — until SuperBristles® Ortho. Three times more bristles than the industry norm. Super-soft PBT bristles that are inherently gentler than nylon and become more adaptive with use rather than splaying. ISO-verified to clean up to 60 times more effectively than a manual brush around orthodontic hardware.
Four Sonic Modes + a System That Grows With You
Ortho mode is co-engineered with SuperBristles® Ortho to deliver the full 60x cleaning advantage. Sensitive mode is ideal on tender days after adjustments. After treatment, swap brush heads for SuperBristles® Pro or Pro-mini — same handle, new chapter. Replace brush heads every 6 weeks for optimal performance.
Pressure Sensor — Protect What You're Investing In
The real-time pressure sensor indicator light alerts you the moment you’re pressing too hard, protecting enamel and gums throughout treatment. Studies suggest most brushers apply more pressure than recommended. The Ortho SmartBrush makes sure you’re not among them.
SmartHub® — Your Brush's Home
After every brush, your ULTIM8 Ortho lives in the SmartHub. UV sanitizer eliminates 99.9% of germs in 5 minutes. Integrated dryer removes moisture between uses. Wireless charging keeps your brush powered. Indicator lights designed to avoid disrupting melatonin production during nighttime bathroom visits.
SmartCase® — Traveling Made Easy
Built-in UV sanitizing and wireless charging keep your brush protected and powered on the go. Custom compartments store SuperMouth travel toothpaste and floss. Your full ortho routine, wherever you are.
SmartTimer
30-second quadrant vibration pulses ensure every area around your hardware gets equal attention. Auto shut-off after two minutes. Proper technique, made automatic.
Waterproof — IPX7 | Designed for All Orthodontic Appliances
Traditional braces, ceramic braces, lingual braces, clear aligners with attachments, expanders, retainers — if orthodontic hardware is part of your daily life, this is your brush.

The Orthodontic Cleaning Problem — Solved
We didn’t adapt an existing toothbrush for orthodontic patients. We started with the problem — the three-dimensional geometry of brackets, wires, and attachments — and engineered SuperBristles® Ortho from scratch to solve it.
The Dirty Toothbrush Problem
Studies show toothbrushes stored in open air can harbor E. coli, staph, fungi, and viruses. For orthodontic patients with more sensitive gum tissue, a contaminated brush is a clinical risk you don’t need to take. The SmartHub’s UV sanitizer eliminates 99.9% of germs in 5 minutes after every use.
Protect Your Smile With Smart Technology
SuperBristles® Ortho’s super-soft PBT bristles deliver an extraordinarily gentle clean alongside three times more bristles. The pressure sensor keeps you in the optimal zone. Together, they protect the smile your treatment is building.
60x Cleaning Performance
SuperBristles® Ortho, paired with Ortho mode, cleans up to 60 times more effectively around brackets and wires than a manual brush. Not a marginal improvement — a fundamentally different level of clean.
Travel Ready with SmartCase
The Travel SmartCase keeps your Ortho SmartBrush hygienic and fully powered wherever you go — up to 3 weeks of germ protection on a single charge, with custom spaces for SuperMouth travel toothpaste and floss.

🏆 BEST FOR BRACES
Good Housekeeping
“The features on this brush system check every box, including its smart sanitizing hub which includes UV sanitizing, drying, and wireless charging—strong battery life, a quadrant timer, and a pressure sensor. It also has a travel case, making it easy to bring your electric brush with you and keep it clean and charged. In our Lab testing, it had the highest score for being easier to use than a manual toothbrush and for not causing any irritation to gums or teeth.”
— Good Housekeeping Lab Notes

🏆 BEST SONIC ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH
Men's Journal
“This isn't your average electric toothbrush. SuperMouth ULTIM8 SmartBrush packs dual sonic modes, a pressure sensor that teaches better technique, and a smart timer to make sure you hit the dentist-recommended two minutes every time. Whether you go for the starter or full system, you'll get smarter, more efficient brushing that looks and feels high-tech.”
— Men's Journal
🏆 BEST ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH SYSTEM
PopSugar
“This toothbrush system is newer to the market, promising a next-level toothbrushing experience thanks to patented bristles that reduce sensitivity and conform to your teeth's contours, a pressure sensor light that alerts you if you're brushing too hard, a built-in timer, and two brushing modes. Arguably the coolest feature of all, though, is what the brand calls the SmartHub, which stores your toothbrush after brushing. It sanitizes to remove 99.9 percent of germs, dries your toothbrush, and prevents it from harboring bacteria in open air.”
— PopSugar
🏆 BEST SOFT-BRISTLED ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH
CNET
“Switching from a regular electric toothbrush to a sonic toothbrush for the first time, the movement of the soft bristles was deceiving at first. But after reading up more about appropriate hand movements with this kind of brush, I have found that this unit cleans teeth thoroughly and smoothly without tearing too deep into my teeth's enamel.”
