I have chronic GERD and this was recommended by my dentist to help because of the fluoride, hydroxamin+ and alkaline PH. It doesn't disappoint. The flavor is pleasant and subtle. My teeth feel clean and I notice less acidity in my mouth. I'm so glad I found this product and I hope it helps with the long term prevention of decay due to GERD.

I’ve always hated the taste of mint. So although I brush my teeth daily, doing so has always been a yucky and unpleasant, royal PITA for me. I would often struggle with tarter buildup because I wouldn’t brush throughly enough. I also love sweets and I’m prone to cavities. Using a fluoride toothpaste and/or rinse is a necessity for me.
